Proverbs 29:18 (AMP) tells us that without redemptive revelation, the people perish.

After Adam committed high treason, God announced that He would send His Son, the Second Adam, to take man’s place (Genesis 3:15). What God was doing was cutting covenant with His Son. It was a covenant that could not be broken - an everlasting covenant.

Everything God promised Abraham - that he would be a great nation, a blessing to nations, and that he would inherit the land in Israel - was all promised to His Son, Jesus.

The scriptures clearly reveal that the church - the remnant, the olive tree, the living temple of God, the body of Jesus Christ - are all synonymous with Spiritual Israel. Consequently, we, the church, are joint heirs with Christ and inherit all that was promised to Jesus.
